Brief résumé

Dr. Mohammad Sayid Bhat, recipient of two gold medals is working as Professor in the Department of Education at the University of Kashmir. Before joining the University of Kashmir as Professor, he has served as Associate Professor in Department of Education at Central University of Kashmir, Ganderbal, (J&K).

Dr. Bhat has received his education from University of Kashmir where from he also pursued his Doctorate Degree. He has taught Education as Lecturer in Department of School Education and as Assistant Professor in Department of Higher Education, J&K Government. He has also served in University of Kashmir as Assistant Professor at South Campus.

Apart from participating in various state, national and international level academic conferences and workshops, Dr. Bhat has more than 40 research publications and 11 books to his credit. He is a columnist and writes for daily Newspaper ‘Greater Kashmir’.

Dr. Bhat has delivered a number of extension lectures in different higher education institutions on the contemporary trends and issues of the subject. He has successfully guided 08 Ph.D and 06 M.Phil. scholars so far. Besides teaching, Dr. Bhat has been actively involved in corporate life of different institutions.
